What does your rig start-up support include?
Rig commissioning, operator onboarding, performance tuning, and safety checks. We make sure you’re ready to drill with confidence on day one. We provide a thorough review of each of the systems on your rig, from hydraulics, electrical to the features & capabilities available on your drill rig.
Can I get on-site training?
Yes. We offer hands-on, in-field training as well as remote sessions depending on your equipment and team needs. Contact us to learn more
What’s involved in scheduling maintenance?
Our mechanics have a broad range of experience on ALL brands of drill rigs. Reach out to us and we’ll talk through your maintenance needs, then assign one of our mechanics to your equipment.

What’s the right rig for my application?
Our team will work with you to understand your drilling conditions, site constraints, and performance goals. The right drill rig depends on the drill site constraints. We offer a variety of FRASTE Multi Drill drill rig solutions from the MITO 4CS for micro footprint needs, to the ML Max with 360° of drilling, to the FS 250 built with deeper geothermal production drilling in mind.
Where can I find technical documentation and product manuals?
Can your rigs be customized?
Currently we offer limited customization on the available drill rigs from the manufacturer. We would be happy to talk through any specific customizations you would need for future geothermal drill rigs and equipment.
What’s the typical lead time for a rig order?
Lead times vary depending on model and configuration. We’ll confirm availability and estimated delivery windows during your quote process. We currently have drill rigs available! Contact us to learn more.
How does shipping work for large equipment?
We coordinate freight logistics and ensure safe, insured transport to your destination. Our team will walk you through site prep, unloading needs, and what to expect at delivery.
